Mission Statement
Truth and Direction Outreach Ministries Church believes that ministry should be scripture-based, and as according to 2 Timothy 3:16-17, “all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness”. It is with this conviction and confidence that we may serve as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.
We believe that to do the will of God is to obey his commandments. The greatest of God’s commandments are first, to “Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind” and then to “Love thy neighbor as thyself” (Matthew 22:37-40). On these two commandments hang ALL of the law and the prophets.
We believe we must carry out the Great Commission in Matthew 28:16-20 where Jesus instructs us to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
Truth & Direction Outreach Ministries Church accepts the charge to carryout the Great Commission and has the objectives of:
Teaching
We are to be taught to observe everything that Jesus Christ commanded, which requires discipline and obedience, and brings life transformation!

Baptism
We are instructed to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and of the Holy Spirit, to attest to our faith and new identification in Christ Jesus.

Discipleship
We are called to go out into the world and share the Salvation of our Lord Jesus! Our focus is to make and equip disciples that make disciples!

Service
Loving others requires “using whatever gifts we have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

MEET OUR LEADERSHIP
Brandon Harvey, Senior Pastor
For years, Harvey has served in varying roles in ministry - as clergy, co-director in youth ministry, as collegiate music ministry leader, co-host of an interactive virtual bible study, and as a longstanding musician. What has remained consistent through every role is his journey in seeking the heart of God and having love for people. Accepting his call to Pastor comes with knowing that his relationship with God through Jesus brings life transformation, abundance, and eternal life security - the unmerited gift of salvation that can only be sealed by the Holy Spirit and a hope that MUST be shared beyond the traditional church walls!

Alonzo Perry, Associate Minister
Perry has an infectious and relatable way of teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has demonstrated his passion for teaching whether in a one-on-one or group setting, and will meet anyone where they are in their faith. Perry's passion for teaching is also matched with his desire to meet the needs of unhoused, underserved, and misunderstood people. He has a heart for all people and provides Godly and practical counsel, leading people by the love of Jesus Christ with patience and persistence.

Truth and Direction Outreach Ministries Church is a non-denominational ministry that is aimed at guiding all people to fellowship with God through Jesus. We endeavor to maintain a framework of Teaching Disciples that make Disciples, a scripture-based approach that begins with the development of Christ-centered lifestyle and being equipped to do the work of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit!
